Five women artists will share their secrets at this quiet wooded studio next to a private spring. Mary Donahue’s earth tone sculptures are smoked fired while Nancy Jefferson enhances her watery blue forms with raku. Both these women know how to best use dynamic firing techniques to create their work. Jewelry maker Brenda Monroe and potters Kathryn Gibson and Lynn Quinsy will be on hand to show their unique works. GO south toward Woodville. Turn right on OAKRIDGE ROAD (go about 2 miles) Turn left onto BUNTING (dirt road), Right on TERN, left on FLICKER. Go about 1 mile, turn right on SORA, cross power line road and into the woods. Left at the green and white sign. Studio tour signs will be posted everywhere. Park anywhere but please don’t block the road.
